Learning Management System Issues From an End Users Perspective

A whitepaper from a survey was conducted from 446 learning professionals, Its assumed that since they are “professionals,” that they are on the “teacher” side of the Learning Management System coin. It shows that current LMS systems leave much to be desired in terms of user experience.
SoftArc was released for Macintosh in 1990. There should be 25 years’ worth of feedback with regards to user experience. It is inexcusable that it is still an issue today.
A highly interactive software whose success or failure depends highly on its ease of use, flexibility, navigation, support, and other user experience factors compared to others of its class should be problematic for the industry across the board.
